- Does not support / invest in its people; has been taking away perks - Constant layoffs, plus unofficial layoffs with awkward timing for back-to-office expectations ahead of new office location (expect LONG commutes). Seems like they are looking for it to result in further departures. Creates CONSTANT anxiety for all. - Limited confidence in CEO - Poor communication, disorganized business processes - Not consumer first

The job itself is not as fun and creative as you might expect it to be. Dont expect any pay raise , all profits go to investors and top management who improve numbers by laying off people.
