Pros

I was at this joint-venture network from early 2010 thru late 2014. We had a great team and oversaw the transition from Discovery Kids to the Hub Network launch. (It's now rebranded again as Discovery Family). The CEO, the legendary Margaret Loesch, built a fantastic platform and drove increases in kid and adult audience delivery, and boosted Hasbro's merchandising efforts with branded original programming.

Cons

Most of the Hub team has moved on since the re-negotiation of the joint venture agreement; Discovery is now a majority owner of the network.
