      Pros

      Good company and benefits, knowledgeable employees and pleasant working environment. 3 weeks paid vacation to start and access to upper management on a daily bases

      Cons

      Salary is low comparable to other firms in the industry, however benefits helped balance the shortfall. A lot of "tribal knowledge" within the firm, making it somewhat difficult for newer employees to come in and get a good grasp of some concepts

      The people, atmosphere, ability to work cross-functionally, fun events.

      Cons

      There is no negative that comes to mind. I have worked at other companies and Hasbro is by far the best in all areas.
