Pros

- Some really nice supportive coworkers - Half Day Fridays (except for when you have to work weekends) - Nice large spacious work environment. - Good Benefits and Decent Pay - HR was great to work with

Cons

- Too Political - Too much Micro-Managing. - A lot of Late nights and weekends (which cancels out Half-Day Fridays) - Too many personal philosophies and agendas - Being able to speak and understand "Half-Truths" is an Essential Skill. - A lot of bias (ideas are gauged by who says it and how, rather than by its value) - Lots of redundant circular conversations/meetings that: a.) leave you more confused each time b.) takes up your time which means having to stay late to make up for time lost. - Working weekends and late nights is expected. - No such thing as vacation - only working away from your office " - Lots of last minute changes. - Lots of redundant work without any sense of progress. - A corporate culture deeply entrenched in its ways by people who've been there a long time.

Pros

Good company at its core Solid benefits (if you can use them) Creative people Company cares about community

Cons

Unclear direction on some brands teams Very reactionary (seems like teams reorganize every 6-8 months causing disruptions) Innovation sometimes is just the repackaging of old brands Use of benefits can be hard at times Top brands get more leeway to make mistakes Advocates of an idea can turn into antagonist once they learn that Sr Management team disapproves of the idea

Pros

Hasbro has great product. it is a socially responsible company which gives back to the community and encourages employees to do the same, summer hours all year long, good pay and bonuses

Cons

The company is highly political and often more focus it given to what management wants as opposed to the consumer. Upper management can get way to involved in details.
