A fun place to work but...

Pros

Loved half day Friday's and casual atmosphere. Bonus week between Christmas and New Years was nice

Cons

Senior management is out of touch. Human Resources really doesn't know what's going on. Too much pressure to rush to market resulting in the cutting of corners.

Depends on your department

Pros

For the most part Hasbro is a fun company, you work with toys, you work some amazing people and the half day on Friday was nice

Cons

Some departments are flexible and work with their staff. I unfortunately was not in that department. I felt unsupported by both upper management and human resources. I was sad I had to look for a job with another company because of the management - but it is a nice change to work for a company that works with your strength and helps improve your weaknesses without making you feel insignificant

Pros

You get to work with some of the industry's best professionals, who are super talented and work hard

Cons

Expectations are set high and sometimes almost unattainable. Atmosphere from senior management makes it unbearable, most people are not happy with their management.
