Pros

Hasbro is a great place to work. If company culture (how employees are treated, are they recognized for hard work, are they respected) is important to you, then you are looking in a good place. At the end of the day, it is a bunch of very passionate people who all work very hard to get the best toys and games on the shelf. Half day Fridays every week, all year long also help! You have to learn to strike a balance between work and life, but you own that yourself.

Cons

Sure every company has their faults, but overall, Hasbro is family friendly, flexible and fun.

Pros

Flexible hours, time off, profits share, a lot of benefits

Cons

Huge instability, people with 10 years inhouse getting dismissed, no explanations, managers firing to rehire the same person again. A huge mess!
