Pros

Amazing people who care about their employees. Really fun brands!

Cons

You have to get scrappy because their data and technology is outdated but the investments tend to be focused on marketing and product innovation. If you're good at finding workarounds this won't stop you from getting the data, systems and technology working but if you are used to advanced data and reporting systems this will get frustrating.

Pros

The people within this company are its greatest strength. There is a deep commitment to our mission, and employees genuinely care about the positive impact of our toys and games. The passion and dedication of the workforce are what have kept this company moving forward despite leadership challenges.

Cons

What was once a thriving, collaborative, and inspiring workplace has deteriorated into an environment of yearly layoffs, overwork employees, low morale, and stagnation. Employees are stretched too thin, with no clear path for growth or fair compensation. Leadership continues to ignore these issues, leading to frustration and disengagement across all levels of the organization. The CEO has demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and connection with employees. Instead of fostering loyalty and retention, the focus is solely on future hires, disregarding the well-being of the talented workforce that has been the backbone of this company for years. This shortsighted approach is driving away valuable talent and weakening the company’s foundation. Additionally, the CEO’s disregard for the Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts headquarters region is deeply concerning. Many employees have built their lives around this location, yet leadership is actively working to relocate the company 50 miles north to one of the most congested and expensive areas in the country, without offering any meaningful pay increases to offset the impact. This decision is out of touch with employee needs and will create further instability within the organization.
