      -Great products -Staff training and support -Community vibe, really friendly co-workers -half day fridays, great work/life balance

      Cons

      -Not very progressive, can take a long time for any process to change -Head office in US decides all product info, so you miss out on that part of marketing -Lots have been at the company for 10+ years, limited new blood and ideas coming through

      Solid company - slowly changing for the positive

      Pros

      Good products, half day fridays, buttoned up. Has finally realized that it is and isn't good at, and that it can't take a one size fits all approach

      Cons

      Very slow to promote, some policies seem outdated, overly bureaucratic at times. Seems to be in a constant state of restructuring where the players are shuffled but no opportunity or lasting change is created. Somewhat complacent with market share and revenue and misses opportunities to take advantage of market conditions.
