Pros

It provides a good environment to work at, there is a lot of opportunities to act. They have a good balance work-life if you are not in IT

Cons

Even with a lot of opportunities, you need to tell senior managers a lot of times before they think in really listen to your ideas. They ask you to deliver a lot of projects around the year, and even if you deliver more, the managers will find something negative to point and reduce the bonus

Half day Fridays all year long, 3 weeks plus a week off at Christmas. Fun products to work on, free movies tied to product launches.

Cons

Very little room for career advancement, once you reach a certain age you will likely be laid off. base salary not competitive with local market.

Cons

Heavy workloads, some facilities need updating - though they are working on this, decision making can be slow and made at too senior a level, investments are being made in on the job technology however still a way to go
