Pros

Products are super fun to work on. Being surrounded by passionate creatives is inspiring.

Cons

Unclear how the high level strategy is going to shake out with the new leadership. Have not felt a lot of confidence in the company vision for the past six or so months. Does not feel like new leadership is connected to or cares about the people.

Pros

Easier to tolerate this place when you dont have to go in

Cons

Constantly changing and for worse each time. Very little career development unless you know certain people. Career growth is never totally fair in a corporate work place, but it's shocking how many underperforming employees I've seen stick around or get promoted and valuable people laid off. "Family friendly" values are a joke when you look at how they treat their employees.
