It's Toys, so that is fun, but their toys are not innovative, too expensive and outdated, Half Day Fridays year round, Hybrid 2-3 days per week & Global Day of Joy evry December

Cons

Executive Leadership Team is a real life clown car! All are Underwhelming, over their heads and truly out of touch with all employees. CEO is a real life rain man that only cares about video games. HUGE lack of innovation and inflated corporate overhead lead to crazy pricing for all retailers.
