      Pros

      The people you work with are so talented and some of most down to earth individuals. Coming to work is never a drag, great energy excitement for the projects you're working on. People really care about their jobs. Creative minds that get things done, but there's always room to have some fun along the way. Great vacation and culture.

      Cons

      No clear way to move up in the company, always starts at the top and doesn't trickle down to lower lever employees. Leadership can be vague and intimidating to interact with. They don't know what's going on at a base level.

      Pros

      The creative, finance and project management teams are outstanding and relentless in their commitment and efforts to make innovative, gorgeous products on schedule and on budget.

      Cons

      Some R.I. Management staff members don't acquiesce to office etiquette and ethics. I don't understand how someone can get away with referring to female colleagues in an inappropriate sexual manner, bragging about getting 'polluted', aka inebriated and boasting because they behave like a bulldog.

      Many creative people; very philanthropic; environmentally aware

      Cons

      Poor operational disciplines, overworked, underpaid employees, and leaders who take too are isolated from employees and are promoters, rather than visionaries working to improve how play enriches children's lives and grows their capabilities.
