Pros

Very fun and creative brands. Everyone tries to work together. Company promotes a work life balance.

Cons

Graphic Designers are overworked. No place to go professionally. Have communicated that however the answer back during a larger Team Meeting was pretty much, "too bad for you" - indifference.

Pros

Amazing talented co workers Work is fun Brand identity

Cons

What was once a vibrant culture has become increasingly toxic due to the CEO Chris C. and Holly B. Chief People Officer Forced Boston move all because Chris doesn’t prefer to work in a nostalgic building in RI. Took away half day Fridays because he could and now everyone is working even longer hours. Zero flexibility. Watching badge swipes to make sure employees come into the office to make sure monitoring required 3 days a week in office.
