Pros

Used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Constant layoffs, no employee appreciation, long hours, brain drain, underpaid. Toxic upper leadership trying to outsource and AI everything possible at the cost of employees. Not a place to work. You will do the jobs of three people with no training because everyone else got let go.

Pros

Some of the leaders are great, the work can be fun and rewarding. There’s a great work environment, very flexible hours and hybrid working; half day fridays, new summer break in addition to winter holiday break.

Cons

Company cares more about outward perception and “awards” than the people there. They have been on rocky terrain, trying to get some footing but use large scale layoffs as a short term way to increase budgets. HR does not care about career pathing, growth or putting people where they are best suited. Not a stable place anymore.
