Pros

Flexible working/WFH options. Generous vacation and shutdown weeks The people are pretty awesome. If you are just looking for a job, nothing more, and want to settle in the middle/end of your career you could do worse. Just don't expect to advance or climb in your function.

Cons

Unless you're in marketing - you're not getting promoted ever (and even then maybe not...). Another reviewer nailed it "I hope you like your job title, because it's going to stay the same for decades". You'll get a paltry annual raise and hopefully a bonus. That promotion carrot will be dangled in front of you for years with no actual criteria or metric by which it will happen (not tenure/seniority, not specific KPIs/metrics, nothing) Last few years have had more seemingly annual layoffs than I've ever experienced in my entire career. Constantly thinning workforce but workload just increases.
