      Great place to work during the Goldner Era

      Pros

      Great place to work always warm and friendly. But not much room for growth.

      Cons

      No room for growth for C level assistants with experience in other fields. Especially women of color. I was able to move on to another company and they snatched me up quickly. Prior to Covid I tried to introduce culture and diversity initiatives and it fell on deaf ears. Then George Floyd occurred and all of sudden there was an outpour of concern for Diversity and Inclusion in products NOT the culture. The culture needed some work but product wise I notice more culture after 2021. Creative administrative assistants were promoted within 6 months to a year, rather then EA's for longer tenures that were actually knew the business.

      Pros

      Under the incredible leadership of former CEO Brian Goldner, Hasbro was the place to be. We were happy, we were inspired, we were driven by a shared purpose to make the world a better place. These were the good old days.

      Cons

      While my experience with the executive team was positive, my manager and manager’s manager were extremely disparaging and negative. In fact, looking back I think they were prejudice. I was held to a different and stricter standard than my colleagues.
