Pros

* One of the best companies for vacation I have ever been with * Covers employees health insurance * Great company 401K match * Bringing in new talent with ideas to turn the company around

Cons

* 15 - 30 year tenured employees that are resistant to change (that's now how we do it around here) * Category of toys is seeing a decline; need new technology to get relevant again * Financials are completely not aligned. No responsibility for top and bottom line performance. * Will take 3-5 years for key changes to take hold - too many independent changes are taking place right now that aren't getting checked to see how it fits into the big picture.
