Pros

Fun products to work with, designers are given a wide variety of projects to work on and you'll get to handle everything from initial concept through final execution. Lots of support, and you get to work with a lot of good people.

Cons

No job security. Layoff after layoff has reduced the company and affects morale negatively. Little opportunity for advancement or mobility within your field. Management is not held responsible for bad decisions, but you will be.

Hasbro only cares for short term gains, rather than long term harm

Pros

The people that I worked with everyday were amazing and the teams were doing great work and everyone was passionate about their work.

Cons

With the most recent layoffs, and the teams and personnel they got rid of, they are just trying anything to satisfy investors now and not thinking about the future of their Toy business. I think they should be ok for 2025, but come 2026, we’ll see a decline in innovation, directly due to the cuts they just made.
