The company provides strong compendation, solid benefits, half days on Fridays and tries to care about it's people.

Cons

VERY CLIQUEY. If you are a new person, good luck fitting in. To make things worse, they don't promote based on merit, but instead on who likes you and whether you fit into their "D&I" quotas. They do not empower you to make any meaningful decisions. Every decision is run through HR and Finance people.
