Amazing place to work

Pros

HASBRO is an amazing place to work. Half day Fridays are every single Friday, and sometimes you get to skip 2 hours of work to go see a movie that Hasbro has toy licenses with. This isn't really a pro or a con, but since Hasbro offers so many great benefits, it's harder to move up the ladder. No one wants to leave Hasbro so you find yourself stuck in the same position for many years until something elsewhere opens up for you! Don't let this discourage you though... Hasbro is worth it!

Cons

My only con would be with the department I worked in... Management was inept and lacked any sense of professionalism. They were an embarrassment to the company, and other departments looked down upon you because of your managers' unpreparedness and lack of respect.
