Pros

- Annual Leave 20 days (standard for all employees, doesn't counted based on years of employment + position level) - Wellness Leave 5 days per annum - Friday work only 4 hours (9am to 1pm, you can get 2nd half of the day rest till Sunday) - Working culture: Fully remote; the office is co-working space. - Colleagues are friendly, kind and helpful. - 4 times performance appraisal a year. Good to set goals for each quarter and clear on direction.

Cons

- Currently at Transformation stage, alot of employee engagement program/events have been cancelled. Not as happening as compare to year 2021 or earlier. - No proper on-boarding training / exit interview held by HR.
