Pros

Hasbro was fun for the first half of my career there, and they cared a lot about employees. Good pay for what the job was.

Cons

When the new CEO took over they started cutting all the talent, and the company now seems to only invest in 3rd party companies to do all the work for them, and stopped caring about toys and wants to go all digital. It feels like they cut employees once every 6 months.
