Cons
No increment, no bonus which is part of our CTC. No learning and growth plan. All India leadership team don't have decision power to run the business. Every team depends on Hong Kong dicision No job security- every six months there is lay off officially and keep pressure on employees to work on holidays. Company policy is not same for all employees, HR is not active on harassment case.
