Pros

Loved half day Friday's and casual atmosphere. Bonus week between Christmas and New Years was nice

Cons

Senior management is out of touch. Human Resources really doesn't know what's going on. Too much pressure to rush to market resulting in the cutting of corners.

Pros

They pay well for part-time, offer great time off. Most flexible job I have ever had. It give a chance to be around different people and situations everyday. You are basically the manager of your own little company. Great leadership and bosses that work with you. Great 401 k option.

Cons

The only thing is that you have to have another job or a trust fund to survive. I just wish it was full time.

Pros

There are many areas for a creative to move and all, are very interesting as interns and entry level you get LOTS of responsibility which is great.

Cons

There are many areas for a creative to move unfortunately it is laterally but I must say I loved my job and I never bored. Just wish the career path was there HR really doesn't help nor managers. They are ineffective because their hands are tied.Creative hit a glass ceiling at art director.
