Late night works, where they ask most of the teams to stay till 2 or 3pm, please hashedin don't deny for most of your project Pressure from management to get work done, they will say like do good on this project we will look for your promotions, but believe me there is no such promotion for you, the people who are always in lime light will get promotion, pathetic behaviour, and during appraisal they will fool you by saying you did well, I'm sure you'll get promotion next time, and you know that what is going to happen isn't it? Salary is very low as compared to other companies for same job role, Please don't consider coming here
