Pros

International opportunities, worksharing. Nice atmosphere. Matrix orgainzation. Difference between Business Units and Project Delivery Group.

Cons

Communications is a challenge as there are loads of small groups doing their thing, not always sharing information. Very HQ orientated. If you are not based in Mississauge, difficult that people will notice you.

-low pay -full of nepotism -learning and development sorely lacking -huge class system between shareholders and associates and line staff -old people abound
