A lot of opportunities available. Entry-level questions are always welcomed to answer. Coworkers are easy-going and helpful.

Cons

Difficult to achieve to high level of experience and skills, totally depending on efforts of selves. Many technical documents were not published to the people who truly require the support.

too many skills and process to make and control projects. the culture of HSEC and project controls. good environment to work, good infra and tools.

Cons

the hatch work process only looks at mega projects. dont see balance with local markets and competitive rates.
