The downsides are up to the individual. Since I believe we can all make a change in this company it is about stepping up to resolve issues.
Hathway is growing and learning all the time and therefore we are not a perfect organization. There will be work that comes in or someone you need to work with that doesn't directly make you happy but the beauty is that you have the power to speak up, be heard and make changes.
A serious con that we have is: we only possess *one* ping-pong table. We would seriously benefit from at least one more table.
If you are the kind of person who likes to just clock in and out of a job without interaction then this would be a hard fit for you. Decisions are to be made, friendship are to be had, you will be challenged.
The work that comes in isn't always going to be what you want. But I also see that as a challenge.
You aren't always setup for success, not that we are trying to get you to fail. I believe it is part of the growing pains and the discovery of working with complexities and unknowns.
