Pros

Work with big brands, a fun atmosphere, cool people

Cons

Challenges with workload management, burnout for some employees. Also the lack of security with client-based work, but that is sort of agency life.

Pros

Nice Culture, low drama, everyone works together pretty well. Pride in product is apparent. People appreciate each other and their input is generally heard. Lots of company lunches and snacks. Events and parties are fun.

Cons

Usual agency issues. Some big Egos, some cry babies.. Not more than you would expect though. Much less drama than there could be. Can be a bit Bro-ish.
