Pros

Everyone is a joy to work with. Everyone is always so helpful and it's truly felt like a second home. You get to know each other really well, and we have fun. We all work hard, and sometimes it feels never ending but it's such a great place! They learn to roll with the punches. Growing rapidly and we love it!

Cons

There are times where people's roles get confused because it's growing so fast. So...not really a con. It's a very hard working environment, so don't come expecting to slack off.
