Dedicated and focused leadership. High expectations for creating a great place for residents to live and be happy. Supportive managers. Great company values. I've had a very positive experience working for Havenpark!

Cons

As the company continues its growth, it has had to learn and pivot a few times to new tech platforms and way to get things done. It can be tricky sometimes to stay on top of the changes and learn the new tech or processes.

It is challenging these days to find a company that celebrates team member successes and individual accomplishments, yet Havenpark does. From its #recognize IM platform, to company wide meetings, to feedback from senior leadership, Havenpark goes above and beyond to recognize successes. Combine that with a solid training system, company growth, innovation and accessible & responsive leadership, and you've got yourself a winning team!

Cons

The only "downside" and you really can't call it that, is that with growth and innovation comes change, so you must be adaptable and willing to grow and change if you want to be successful.
