Pros

Nothing to write here sorry

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance, no boundaries, will call text email at all hours even when not working or on holiday, they promote from within but only their mates not based on experience and or qualifications or ability meaning you get supervisors who don’t know what they are doing. Low salary, they use “you work in sport” as an incentive.
