- zero work-life balance
- low salaries compared to the hours of work put in (up to 15 hours per day sometimes and travel up to 14 days consecutively)

- almost no career growth
- pressure is extremely high
- poor management and no clear structure
Best job in the world with worst company. Get to travel Australia and the world. You are right being apart of the sport and mixed in with the officials and sometimes athletes themselves. Mostly young people. If you are in your 20s and love sport and tech do this for a couple of years.
Cons
Unorganised! No structure. Stressful at times on match day.
