Good benefits that are inexpensive and allow you to save a significant amount for retirement.

Cons

Safety is lip service. Operations personnel are not respected. Sales runs everything and don't cross them. Just shut up and do what you're told.

Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Iron fisted management. They have you in constant fear for your job. Anything goes wrong, out comes the employee handbook and all you hear is, well, this could cost you your job. Safety is CONSTANTLY being thrown at you from corporate, but isn't always followed through on. That's being polite.
