Pros

The people are phenomenal! Very positive atmosphere. Professional, but casual setting with some flexibility with schedule. Hawkins encourages a healthy work/life balance. Very good benefits and generous PTO.

Cons

For me there are no cons to working at Hawkins. I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with.
