Pros

You are in charge of your own territory and you are able to run your area as you see fit.

Cons

Summer season tends to have 60 hour work weeks. Taking time off is difficult and calling in sick or due to a family emergency puts a tremendous amount of work on coworkers.

Benefits that are offered are pretty good.

Cons

Watch your back or you'll get stabbed before you know it. Micromanaging all over the place, and no one ever takes responsibility for their mistakes. Need to run a few background checks on some of their employees in top management as well - they don't know they kinds of things their hiding.
