Pros
You have the ability to run your territory how you want. Minimal micromanagement and you are out of the office most of the time.
Cons
There is no work/life balance. You get paid very well,but the cost of that is time with your family. 70hrs a week in the summer and 50hrs a week in the winter. You will be told you aren't doing enough even when you exceed your expected growth for the year. There is huge waste on halfbrained new products and then they push you to sell something with almost no market. The Corona virus has shown the worst of this companies management and executives. Before this I almost thought I was a person. Now at least I know they dont care about you, just the profit you make them.
