      I loved working at Haworth Steel Plant!

      Pros

      They treat their employees great! There is a gym in the Big Rapids, MI location which members can visit anytime they're off yhe clock. So many great people to work with, long term work with benefits. Fairly simple work assembling office furniture.

      Cons

      Standing on your feet for long hours. If there isn't a decent production number for the day, you could be done in 4 hours (which I guess could be a pro for some people). Not a definite possibility for extra hours.

      Good Benefits, friendly co-workers, good team environment. 401k and lots of other perks avalible

      Cons

      Busy during months when you want time off, feast or starve. Management did not seem like they cared about the lower employees, all about making themselves look good.

      Overall Haworth is a very good place to work with great facilities, great people, and a great vision for the future.

      Pros

      Beautiful facility is Holland. Good pay / benefits and plenty of promotional opportunities for those that consistently work hard and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Privately held organization with strong core values, a committed management team, and a strong commitment to the future.

      Cons

      Sometimes the leadership group appears to be very disjointed due to a lack of cohesiveness at the executive level. Too many hidden agendas and silos.
