      Pros

      Beautiful Corporate Office in Holland, world leader in office furniture. Very flexible with time off.

      Cons

      High turnover, tough corporate culture. Slow promotion and pay is on lower end for company of this size. Seems as if new employee orientations take place twice a week. Management hiring is mostly from outside applicants.

      Quite unstable in the recent months. Great people leave because of lack of direction

      Get some flexibility and to be involved in a lot of different projects.

      Cons

      Poor values outside of some environmental initiatives, company full of B- and C-level people. Not a single top university graduate in the company outside of one or two executives. No strategy whatsoever. Disengaged owners. Poor pay.
