Hard work, fun place to work.

Cons

The testing they have you do to get a job there. Has nothing to do with what your job will be doing. Everything is OJT. They lose alote of good hard working people because of that ridiculous test.

Getting hired into IT is quite the procedure. You have to come into most positions as a contractor and then move into salaried a year or more later.
