      Large employer in a small city offers many opportunities, promote from within, good benefits, great values when adhered to

      Not enough oversite of lower/mid management. Great values/principles mean nothing if they are not enforced down the ranks.

      Friendly and helpful co-workers. Convenient location.

      Some managers are dishonest with employees' performances because they lack industry experience and knowledge. There is an inability to have a mature conversation about work expectations and/or receiving feedback after their own performance. Unfortunately, it just leads to gossip and a lack of respect for the managers.
