      Pros

      Overall collaborative environment. Often have opportunity to interact with other groups in the organization. Opportunity to impact improvement daily. emphasis on ethical business behavior. Flexibility in work balance.

      Cons

      As with most companies would like higher pay. Some processes can be a challenge to create improvement/change due to long standing staff and norms.

      Pros

      My Team Leader lead by example - he was a pleasure to work for. He was mostly all business and he could also be fun. He pulled the team together. Standards were always high and he held everyone accountable; no exceptions.

      Cons

      Pay and turnover: When a large company (such as Haworth) has a staffing company on site (which they do) it's a red flag! Just realize there will be significant turnover, so keep those resumes and interviews active.
