      Pros

      great company to work for. They revolve around family and respect every member.

      Cons

      little to no movement upwards for at least 4-5 years after being hired in. understaffed in many vital departments.

      Pros

      The only benefit of working there are the insurance benefits. The medical, vision and Flex Spending accounts are life savers.

      Cons

      There are absolutely no opportunities for advancement unless you are romantically involved with your supervisor or the plant manager. Certain people are paid to sit and look up things on the Internet that have nothing to do with Haworth. Some people are also allowed to call their spouses 5-10 times a day for no reason and not answer their work phone when their assistance is needed in their department.
