Pros

Some well thought out products from engineering. Zody chair is a winner, as well as some other products.

Cons

They do not pay out commissions on sales as promised. You sign a litigation agreement when joining for Holland Michigan.....Haworth's home town! Or they will negotiate you down to keep a position. They do not promote woman with children.

Haworth has beautiful product, and in addition they manufacture product with the environment in mind.

Cons

Business model was changing for my role, and I no longer felt that this new platform was a productive approach to working with the Architectural & Design Community.
