Nice recruiters, and pretty building.

Cons

In Information Technology, Haworth has a terrible track record of recruiting outside IT talent with glittering promises, and then working them to the bone. This is by far the worst, most dysfunctional IT job I have ever had. During the time that I was there, EVERY external IT employee that had been hired during the past 3 years quit. All of them. It’s a damning, contemptible record.

Haworth has beautiful product, and in addition they manufacture product with the environment in mind.

Cons

Business model was changing for my role, and I no longer felt that this new platform was a productive approach to working with the Architectural & Design Community.

Pros

Salary is good,people are great. Overall just a great place to work. Bonus payouts have been really spectacular. Going in the right direction, for management to be more open with the members on the floor.

Cons

Not enough time for training new temps or hires, not getting all the correct tools to get the job done properly. Not getting enough input from members, when they want to make a change.
