While Haworth is a global company, it still feels like a small close knit family and workplace. Management does a great job at keeping structure while also giving you the reigns to do your job with your own approach.

Cons

The pandemic has put a lot of stress on the sales force to go above and beyond. And sometimes the amount of asks can be overwhelming.

Great people, great values and vision. It's a large global company with a small family feel.

Cons

Some middle management can be more concerned with looking good rather than doing good. But, you'll get that at any large company. Haworth is very metric driven so you might want to avoid working there if you don't like to be measured.
