Family owned with good culture. Pay and benefits for maintenance is good. The company has treated me very well.

Cons

Salary to hourly workers can be distanced. Company has taken a week of vacation from hourly workers and reclassified it as sick days, to comply with new laws. Now they can take 40 hours away from you if you have anything medical or FMLA related. Salary people get regular sick days on top of their vacation.
