Intelligence and motivation are rewarded. Good industry to be in right now. competitive benefits package, 401 k match. nice location of San Diego.

Cons

pay could be more competitive, difficult to get promoted. positions are filled and employees stay there for many years. disconnect between higher management and lower employees.
