If career growth is what you are aiming for, this is not the place. Regardless of how good you are at your job, and how much you care to grow, there are very limited opportunities. This can of course vary from department to next, but for the most part sky is not the limit here and pay is low

They say Equal opportunity, BS the top end is so stuck on themselves, have cleaned house BUT not to the benefit of Customers, and they need to know it is all about servise not looking good, and also have a 2 tier attitude regarding personal beliefs, outsiders stay outside.
