Pros

Work environment is fun and good. Benefits are average. Health Insurance leave much to desire.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, if you ever get a raise you will fight tooth and nail to see the value compensation back. They will want you to give your life to them, however do not go out of their way for their core staff.
